Jagannath Artwork

In the ancient Sanskrit language of Hinduism and Buddhism, mandala means “circle.” Traditionally, a mandala is a geometric design or pattern that represents the cosmos or deities in various heavenly worlds. Through my Artworks/Paintings I have infused traditional form of Buddhist Mandala Art with other religions/subjects/asymmetry and used various mixed mediums like metallic trims, pearls, stones etc to bring out the creativity and innovation in its most refined form. I have tried to cover Mandala Art with versatility in a more metamorphosed technique. In this artwork I have showcased Lord Jagannath as the God of Nature through Asymmetric Mandala art using pigment ink, pearls, stones, metallic trims, water colour and stickers. Jagannath is the Lord of entire Jagat-Universe. God is Nature - Nature is God.
