ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This artwork is hand sawn by myself. It has been a long way until finished. Somethings things just don't work for you. It is added a shaping acrylic mixture, to give some relief feeling to the piece. And again combined with the glossy resin here and there. A poetic, yet insisting artwork. Note that it is difficult to measure my shaped art, since it is well, shaped. But it is measured on its longest distance. Signed on the back, where you also get a glimse of a old shaped painting I did for a outdoor exhibition.

Danish artist and pattern designer. My paintings are hand shaped, CNC cut or laser cut mdf/plywood in my shared studio. Sometimes I add epoxy for the shine and matte look together. I don't think it is hip to be square, so my wall hangings are always shaped.. That can also be handy, since they can fit in different places, like between two close doors. I always add some A5 cards with my pattern design with purchases.
