I was born and raised in the coldest place on earth, in Yakutia. Due to the constant cold and polar winter nine months of the year, all I saw in people was their eyes and frosty eyelashes. This was always not enough for me, I figured out how they looked behind all these layers of clothing and painted them, real. Later it developed into the ability to see people as they are inside. To touch their deepest experiences, to reveal their aspirations on canvas. This brought me the realization that drawing people is the only thing I want and can do in my life, I overcame many obstacles on the way to my dream, and it came true. The main theme of my work is people. I paint to help and inspire them to understand and accept what they are, just as I did. Using my interpretations of the people around me, I create characters, clothe them in fantastic images, emphasize the original features, revealing their inner strength and energy. I endlessly love humanity and believe in our exceptional abilities, and I pass this vision through myself and transmit it on canvas with oil paint in the original style and technique, which makes my pictures are lively and deeply emotional. I use my experience as a digital artist to create an oil painting, which gives me exceptional advantages in speed and variability. Since I come up with the plots of my paintings, literally walking down the street and accidentally catching the eye of a passer-by, an interesting smile, or even just seeing a cool scarf, an instant opportunity to capture my emotion is important to me, which is why I carry a tablet with me everywhere and collect impressions, which I later transfer to painting. I draw sketches for my paintings on the iPad, try dozens of color combinations, work through many options for one painting and choose the ideal one that best suits my initial feeling. It is an incomparable pleasure to be in the center of creation, and watch how the images from my head appear first in pixels, and then freeze with strokes of oil on the canvas. I am in my place in life, I am doing what I have always dreamed of, and my goal in life is to help people also reveal, understand, and accept themselves with the help of my art.
