ABOUT THE ARTWORK
As growing up in Tehran , in the 80's , post 1979 Islamic Revolution in IRAN , while banned from everything western including music , still managed to follow the Top ten chart of music via Voice of America , BBC and so on ... and be affected by both Eastern and Western culture as in this painting , traveling between Sohrab Sepehri 's modern Iranian poetry and Maddona songs as they both shaped my character and personality .
