My first teacher was this poster: a huge Sun, a line of planets, and a sentence worth more than an encyclopedia. I am not an academic artist. I am a man who worked, watched, endured… and turned an object into meaning. “One Million for My Universe” is my first conceptual work. It is not a poster. It is a question: What is the true value of the place where you learned to stand on your feet? ________________________________________ ARTIST’S NOTE For someone who has much, this may be a gesture.
