From a 17 year hiatus from my own creative past and a cancer diagnosis in 2020, 2022 was the year i reconnected to my art and senses, ironically after seeing a magnified photo of my own melanoma, looking very much as a blooming flower. I became focused on the concept and connection on body mutations and flowers. Finding myself again into the discovery of art experiments, together with a curious passion in the representation of body mutation, organism symbiosis and sexuality, employing a pictorial language based on color, line, shape and form, achieving to create touching pieces.
