This piece is deeply inspired by the work of Alejandro Otero, Venezuelan Artist, whose modernist approach continues to influence my vision. As an environmental artist, I created this artwork to evoke a sense of connection between the viewer and the sustainable future we all strive for. I hope those who engage with it will reflect on the impact of their environment and feel inspired to be part of a positive change. The medium of reclaimed architectural samples was a deliberate choice—not only to save these beautiful, durable materials from ending up in landfills but also to showcase their strength and resilience, much like the communities they represent. The textures and composition invite you to appreciate both the aesthetic and environmental message behind the work. This piece comes with hanging hardware for easy installation, and its sturdy construction ensures longevity.

Liliana Marquez: Inspiring with RE POP ART Breathing New Life into Architectural Sample Materials, Spreading Joy and Positivity About Liliana: Welcome to the Planet Sample of "lilimarq," where creativity is infinite. A resident of Boston, MA since 1998, I carry the vibrant spirit of my birthplace, Caracas, Venezuela, in every cut and design. My journey into the artistic realm began with the loving guidance of my mother, who nurtured my imagination in a diverse and multicultural environment, teeming with music, dance, literature, film, photography, sculpture, and painting. My BA in Art and Graphic Design, equipped with formal training and boundless creativity, I set out to redefine art by incorporating re-claimed and surplus architectural sample materials into my designs. This novel approach became the heart and soul of my artistic philosophy, aptly named RE POP ART. Philosophy of Art - RE POP ART: In an age of mass production, I found my purpose in transforming surplus and discarded materials into captivating works of art. With RE POP ART, I strive to breathe new life into old architectural samples, infusing them with new meaning and purpose. Witnessing smiles of delight on those who enjoy my work brings immense joy and fulfillment to my artistic journey.
