Art with a Purpose Driven by a deep connection to history and the ocean, my art reflects a commitment to preserving stories of the past. Through portraits, lighthouses, and more, I aim to encourage others to cherish and protect our natural and cultural treasures. As a participating artist with the organization “Paint the Parks,” I join a network of artists dedicated to painting and preserving parkland worldwide for future generations. Each member artist donates a portion of their proceeds to support preservation efforts. I contribute 10% of my lighthouse art sales on my “Paint the Parks” website page to the Friends of St. Marks Wildlife Refuge. My work has been featured in two solo exhibits in New York. At the National Lighthouse Museum in Staten Island, the “Shattering the Lens” exhibit showcased female light keepers. The “Voices of Lighthouses” exhibit aboard the Lilac Lighthouse Tender in Manhattan featured iconic lighthouses from New York and around the world. My recent solo exhibit, “Full Circle: A Retrospective in Jacksonville, Florida showcased a Portrait Gallery, Landscape Gallery and Lighthouse Gallery.
