Born originally in South Wales in the early 1960s, I moved to the glorious Chew Valley to the south of Bristol when I was just six months old, and there I have stayed ever since. Surrounded by countryside, yet just 20 minutes away from both Bristol and Bath, the Chew Valley has the best of all possible worlds. Painting and drawing have been hobbies all of my life, but following a life-chamging accident at work, my art has become so much more important to me. I take my inspiration from the landscapes around me and from a life-long passion for animals. I love the Arts & Crafts movement and much of my work in stained glass is inspired by Louis Tiffany.
