"Shy introvert" is a captivating abstract artwork that beautifully encapsulates the essence of shyness and introversion. The piece features a softly rounded creature in soothing blue tones, set against a vibrant pink background. This contrast not only draws attention but symbolizes the internal struggle that introverted individuals often face in an extroverted world. The creature's large, expressive eyes, highlighted with bright orange, convey curiosity and a rich inner life, inviting viewers to explore the emotions hidden beneath its calm exterior. Its exaggerated silhouette and elongated limbs reflect the uniqueness of introversion, celebrating individuality. The title, "Shy introvert," reinforces the theme of vulnerability and emotional depth, emphasizing the beauty found in introspection. Overall, this artwork is a visual tribute to the complexities of being shy, reminding us that there is vibrancy and life within those who are often overlooked.

Horekb (Tenerife, 30.06.82) is an artist and doctor of Philosophy who has lived in Berlin since 2008. Driven by Nietzsche's thought, he moved to the German capital to write his doctoral thesis, "The Game in Nietzsche's Tragedy." However, upon presenting his thesis in 2016, he decided to distance himself from academic philosophy to seek new horizons. It is precisely with the abandonment of academic philosophy and the birth of his daughter Luisa that he found in art a means of expression that provided a space for play, experimentation, and freedom: "Together, we found in watercolors, crayons, and colored pencils a medium of expression and communication where she was the teacher and I was the student." Thus, in 2017, the Horekb project was born, blending styles that prominently feature watercolors and digital art, sometimes born from effort and other times from chance.
