This piece was created by layering inks, resin, acrylics, and purified sand from Nova Scotia, Canada onto gallery quality, raised, wood panel. The vibrant, turquoise and aqua ocean water is inspired by warm, tropical seas. The waves have undulating movement as they wash onto the shore. Kimberley Eddy paints the ocean. She works in resin, acrylic, and mixed media in her studio in Nova Scotia. Undeniably inspired by her lifelong proximity to ocean waters and coastal living (Bermuda and Nova Scotia). Kimberley’s creations are at once a quiet, influence and powerful force at work.
