ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A pop manifest. Ecology, samba schools, 22nd week, tropicália, Caetano, Gal, Gil and Warhol, psychedelia, progressive rock, Pink Floyd, vinyl records, design and art. Earth, animalia (zoology) and human culture. It creates an ironic, playful and reflective spirit about the world we live in. A sensation that is both pleasant and somber. The title of this work is an explicit reference to the eponymous album by guitarist Joe Satriani. Digitally produced in two different software: Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter, it can be printed in the Fine Art system both on 330 gram Hanemullen paper and on canvas. The work follows dismantled wrapped in pvc tube.
