ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I brought a very old painting outside. It's almost completely gone, but it was kind of a match between the old painting and the intense pink and yellow fall effect: ambiguity. This painting is on linen which has a traditional primer.I believe it is rabbit-skin glue with oil based primer. It is stretched on 3/4" deep stretcher bars attached on the sides with copper tacks. I recommend using a floating frame, so that the whole painting will remain visible after framing.
