Artist Andrey M. Dubnikov was born on 20 November 1964 in the village of Dubniki, Sernurskiy area, Mari republic, Russian Federation. In 1975 he was sent for art education to the Presidential school for gifted children (Yoshkar-Ola city, Russian Federation). In 1980 he continued his studies as an artist at the Moscow art-industrial College named after Kalinin, which he successfully graduated in 1985. In 1987, after service in army, Andrey M. Dubnikov started his own creative biography. In 1988 he moved to St. Petersburg, also called Nothern Capital of Russia. In subsequent years he participated in several art exhibitions in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tallinn, and also implemented original art projects. From 1989 to the present time, it has been 15 personal exhibitions of the artist. Andrey Dubnikov is the author of three permanent exhibitions of art works in Saint Petersburg: - the gallery of the great generals of Russia (2006); - the battle scenes gallery (2008), - the gallery of portraits of the leaders of the Maritime Academy of St. Petersburg (2008), - the gallery of portraits of the Institute leaders in Vavilov academy (2009). The artist's works in abstract style decorate the rooms of the House of Friendship in St. Petersburg. For the creation of the great general gallery the awarded the artist was awarded a medal and diploma. Currently the artist continues his creative activity and work on new projects in art.
