Sin was the first free act of man, the first action carried out not according to the divine plan. It marks the beginning of time, the end of eternity, the eternally lasting of the present. Man must sacrifice the present, thus creating the moral of renunciation. And although the topic is not new, contemporary artists are looking for new approaches and fresh views on long-studied topics.
