Airplane Painting

I am Nelly Startseva, an artist from Russia. My whole life is filled with painting. The craving for beauty began at a very young age: I spent hours looking at books with reproductions of paintings, spent time reading biographies of famous artists and tried to express my childhood emotions by drawing. When she became an adult, she received an education at the University of Architecture, then additional art education was obtained privately, already in adulthood. It often happens that a person does not find his true vocation right away. And at the moment when he begins to hear himself, to understand his desires, feelings and spiritual needs. My favorite subject in painting is portrait. A person is multifaceted and is an inexhaustible source of inspiration. When creating my paintings, I use oil, brushes and a palette knife. It is with a palette knife that it turns out to enrich the texture of painting. After all, he can imitate strokes, create roughness, rub the paint beautifully so that the bottom layer shines through it. Painting pictures for me is a way to share my feelings and images. I believe that through a picture, you can magically convey the mood, and therefore make someone's life brighter and kinder.
