In today's world and especially in Serbia, for a long time now, nothing is right. Nothing's in place. My pictures are a reflection of that state. It reflects both on the individual and the family, as well as on the basic values of our everyday life The years of life in the middle of an insecure individual have made us a colorless personality, contours that become only sketches on the wall. People who split like broken glass. There is only hope, but she is also pale. That's why all my characters have big eyes without pupils. It was fading, there was no spark in the eyes. My paintings reflect the very ones we are in our souls; empty shells that make everything OK. . Such is everyday life that destroys us, and we are not aware of it ourselves. Some unforgettable harmony, color or smile shows that everything is not lost. To one day start to live better. My message is that we fight for better tomorrow. We can do this if we see how badly we really are. If we need a little more to be happy. No, we need a lot to be happy. Satisfactory salaries are only part of a good life. We need security, trust in politicians, good infrastructure, well-arranged city or village, cultural and artistic life. When that happens then we will really be happy. Until then, my characters will be just sketches, souls shattered like glass.
