ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The composition of this painting consists of only a portion of an angel wing. It is a fairly large painting and I felt that it was important to capture only a portion of the wing, like it is true to size. The canvas operates as a window, you can see through it to see a macro view of the wing to get an idea of the size and scale of the rest of the object that is unseen.
