As the name of the painting, it is an allegory transition in my country that is part of Southeast Europe, which began in the early 1990s and is not finished yet. Mickey Mouse, who is a symbol of the Western world, sits on the "Capital" of Karl Marx, the originator of socialism. Also the year when the painting was created, Mickey Mouse has an anniversary of his 90th years of the first movie, and Karl Marx has 200 years since his birth.
