I painted the painting "Autumn Landscape with a Rainbow" from my recollections of the state of nature when the trees turn golden, a flock of clouds sweeps across the sky and after the rain a rainbow appears. This is a wonderful state of nature and it has always inspired me. It's a pity that in Israel, where I now live, autumn is not at all like the one in my picture. To work on this subject, I chose Winsor oil paints, stretched canvas. I painted most of the picture with a palette knife, and therefore paint strokes look pasty. I used a brush to paint the sky and rainbow and the structure of the strokes is completely different here. All this combined looks very realistic. The small size of the painting (12 "× 16") will suit any home or office interior, and will also be a wonderful and unique gift. The sides of the painting are painted and do not require framing, ready to hang. Author's signature on canvas front and back. For safety and ease of care, the picture is covered with a protective layer of artistic varnish. Please note that the colors in the picture may differ depending on your settings and your monitor type. The painting will be sent to you unframed.
