Born in London, I have travelled widely through my life and now live in the vineyards of Switzerland above Lake Geneva. A busy international career left little time for painting but early in the new millennium, I resolved to devote serious time learning more, through study, a little tuition and painting, painting, painting! I work in watercolour and oil, often painting the same picture in parallel in the two mediums. My preferred subject is the sea, in particular waves but through years of trying to find my natural theme, I have enjoyed landscapes, nature in general, portraits and even reproduction of classical paintings.
