In this painting, I point my brush in the direction to tell a story about children being born and the newness or higher consciousness they bring. I focus in this piece on the baby boy gender. We see strands of DNA, a child filled with wonder as he looks upon the world he is born into. There has been much talk about children of the future being born that are of a higher consciousness. Most parents would believe this to be true. Children are our future. I wanted to give focus on the male archetype in this piece. I am a lover of the painter Renoir and always give my work attention to brush work. The colors are a beautiful salmon and baby blue, sadly the digital technology, the computer does not capture the exact colors I would like to share with you. I think when the painting arrives you will be even happier than seeing it online! It is my hope the viewer will receive a sense of peace and wellbeing when viewing this work. The pieces is relatively light in weight, wired in the back and signed. Ready for you to easily hang on your wall!.

I am a magical realism oil painter with a focus on figures, hybrids, whimsical and the metaphysical. My focus is “life as it is and life of the imagination”. As stated by Carl Jung, your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside awakes. Sheryl Ann Noday is a artist born in Southern California where she obtained her first degree in fine art, with a focus in photography from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. She went on to become LA's first female assistant working with the distinguished Matthew Rolston. She soon opened her photography studio on Hollywood & Vine. Her photography has been published worldwide with recognition in Brazil, Germany, England, Paris, holding 7 Key Art Awards, and numerous magazine / album covers. From early on in life, Sheryl has had a passion for the mystical and a unwavering commitment to spirituality. She has deep understanding of metaphysical research, the subconscious, healing and universal communications. With an overwhelming desire to paint, a location move to Chicago, Sheryl embraced a life long dream to studying painting at the Art Institute of Chicago and the Historic Palette & Chisel. Sheryl has participated in over 60 juried group exhibitions. Her paintings have been featured on book covers and magazines with collectors throughout the US and abroad. She has appeared on several guest radio shows illuminating visionary art. Sheryl's art has been twice juried by James Rondeau, Curator of Contemporary Art at the Art Institute of Chicago. She has been featured in galleries and publications globally with a newly released short film, "The Voices of Crystal Skull Consciousness". I am inspired by life itself. In all of its forms, diversities. I see myself as a painter/journalist who makes visual commentary on social and spiritual ideas channeled to humanity and the impact this on people in the 21st century.
