ABOUT THE ARTWORK
'Barely enough sky to hold it' oil on linen. With a reference to the anticipation and fervour surrounding an eclipse, solar or lunar and the presence of clouds and the role they play in us experiencing it - or not. In 'Barely enough sky to hold it' I'm trying to enhance the experience by listening to the quietness and 'other worldliness' that underlies this precious occurrence.
