ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Walking path in Battery park in New York inspired me to create this painting. Especially at night you can see the bright lights, dark sky and the dark surface of the water, skyscrapers on the opposite side of the Hudson River. The painting spans the distant horizon. At the horizon line, you can see the brilliant color of the sunset that will soon dramatically change the landscape. The solidity of the white buildings on the opposite side of the river contrast greatly with dark blue surface of the water. In this patterning of verticals, horizontals, and diagonals, I emphasized the distinct contract between the geometric shapes, curves, pathways and trees.

„Art is a lie that makes us realized the true “ Picasso Born and raised in Baku, near the Caspian Sea, and then later living in Moscow I was passionate about Art, Ballet, Theater and Music, but somehow was studying at University technical drawing to became an Engineer. Started with acrylic I moved to work with oil and admire playing with different colors and experimenting with themes and reflecting my personal views. I am inspired by my traveling experience and power of natural beauty, the magic of nature, its meta geometric elegance.
