Blanco Painting

I fell in love with painting with 15 years, I like to paint and I like all painting, in the most plastic sense of the word. With 20 years I started my professional career exhibiting in art galleries and dedicating all my time to artistic creation. From the first experimental works, we can find a first stage, in which I performed on wood a mixed technique insinuating the figure and filling with color. Always color a lot of color, as the protagonist of my work. Later I derive to a more expressionist painting made on corrugated cardboard, which I know I was the first to use that support and had enough acceptance, were exhibited in Milan Fac Simile gallery, in Madrid Moriarty gallery and in Palencia in the Delegation of Culture. On the way back to Madrid, a transition stage begins to the so-called “New Madrid Figuration” that culminates with the series “Bathers” paintings in which the protagonists were women who lived underwater in an atmosphere of their own. After painting the sea, I move to Mallorca to prepare an exhibition in 4 Gats, and without realizing it and passionate about the colors of the Mallorcan winter I start painting oranges and lemons, which opens the door to another stage in which the themes they evolve into still and inner natures. Works with great explosion of color. Surprised by the color and light of the island, I set my residence in Mallorca, where I continue with the natures, interiors and a very fruitful series entitled "Kitchens". Later I begin to introduce pictures into the picture, as a result of an internal dialogue and an order to life. And in recent years, based again in Palencia, I create landscapes, natures, interiors, portraits ... a task that I combine with my work as a gallery owner.
