This is the first "regular" portrait I do since many years. Since some years I've been working in other ways to make portraiture, so this could be considered as an "exception", although to me it could be considered as another Back Portrait. The painting has been selected in the Bp Portrait Award 2017, one of the most important competitions in figurative painting and right now it is part of the show in the National Portrait Gallery in London.
