About The Artwork

I was inspired by the visions of the blue morpho butterfly spirit that sometimes appears in Ayahuasca Ceremonies I chose black paper because it makes the vision appear to be floating much in the way it appears in the mind's eye when one is under the influence of the medicine plant with one's eyes closed.
