My name is Yaroslavna Antonova (Slava Antonova). I am an artist from harsh but beautiful Siberia. I have my studio where I devote myself completely to painting every day. Creativity has been in my life since early childhood. I loved to draw, mainly flowers, beautiful princesses, and houses for them. At older school age, I was involved in the creation of school newspapers and posters, as well as costumes for a drama club. In my childhood, there was a lot of drawing, music, and theater. When I see something very beautiful or interesting in life that hooks my brain, my soul, and my emotions, an incredible fire flares up in my chest, which makes me stand behind the easel again and again. I must capture what I saw and convey it to the viewer, convey my emotions to other people and touch their souls. In my work, I use oil, acrylic, pastel, gouache and many other mediums, canvases, and paper, I combine impressionism and academic painting. I love to paint urban and rural landscapes, flowers, and everything that leaves an indelible impression on my heart. My favorite material is oil, and the colors are bright and rich.
