Boudoir Mandala, is about the power of woman's creativity when undermined by others, especially historically. The 'boudoir' was considered a room for the women to retire to, to sulk, from the french bouder; to recover from brutality or belittlement. In the sitting room she may attend to embroidery, tapestry, piano, painting, writing, reading. The comment is in her development and power, becoming a highly evolved Lady whom is capable of enriching life with beauty and fine art. Boudoir Mandala, references the 'Tree of Life' in providing a point of reflection when feeling compromised and in believing in one's sense of expansion and power of creation, the energetic intention is set under the painting, this can be seen in the brush strokes of the blue paint. Boudoir Mandala is a strong piece of art work, that is very accessible and works well in different lighting. In contemporary life, we may recognise the boudoir as a place of 'retreat'.

The art expresses my experience of nature, whist expressing an abstract experience of existence and spirituality, sharing a profound understanding of colour and light work. We glimpse in to my soul history, spirituality and my navigation around consciousness, through a developed understanding of the subconscious, whilst grounded in the physical. The art enables an access, to allow an inspired look beyond the material, giving a sense of multi dimensional living that often reflects aspects of the self in its communion. I discovered that I was a curator of life, as an artist, in the sense I look after people, art, objects and the sacred expression of the phenomena. I create with a developed awareness of sensory perception, in life journey, history, healing and creative expression, I am an artist whom expresses as a curator of people, art and environments. I create experiences that enable transformation, ascension and light living, whilst respect the beauty of creation from the Creator's perspective. The true meaning of the curator is in the expression and care of the sacred. Over the twenty years of my practice I have looked after people's souls, curated events with a transformation experience in art and music. I have developed a strong understanding of community life and union through a deep understanding of care and creativity, looking after cancer patients, the vulnerable, traumatised and terminally ill. I continue to help people find their voice and evolve identity whilst expressing my journey with a deep and intimate understanding of the journey of life. I am sharing some of my art work over twenty years of practice, during which time I was very involved with people whilst expressing some of those experiences through art.
