I paint landscapes with oil paint. My main interest is to create light through colour harmony and use the paint as an equivalent for detail. I grew up in North Wales and was inspired by the landscape. After many years studying at art college/University I have taken part in many exhibitions in the UK and Canada. I have also worked as a University Researcher and Arts manager in local authorities. I live in Northumberland in the North east of England.
