"Charlie Chaplin" Painting

Manos is UNESCO awarded painter for his contribution to art. He has been painting since 1967, and he has been painting portraits since 2005. His palette is unique to the world, and he has an ID as a painter already. Manos is painting large dimension portraits of Athletes, Politicians, Artists, and Common people. Economist, Businessman, Sailboat Skipper, Airplane Pilot, Army Officer Veteran, Air Races Champion, father, and husband, but above all, Artist. Manos studied Art at the American College of Thessaloniki Greece, between 1967 and 1973, with famous Professors of that time. He studied Art History, and learned Oil painting, Aquarelle, pencil drawing, ink drawing, charcoal, silk screen printing and batik, creating oil paints, sketches, caricatures, etc. His first exhibition was held in that same College, when he was assigned to the decoration of the Art Hall where the graduation ceremony took place. He decorated the Art Hall with large size (150x100cm) caricatures of his professors! In 1973 he entered the World of Fashion, and he worked producing fashion clothing for famous brands from 1973 to 1991. Part of his production was printing in house with silk screen printing machines, with color palettes from famous designers like Armani, Hugo Boss, Yves Saint Lauren etc. As we speak I am wasting my time wisely between Los Angeles and the Greek Islands. Painting portraits and murals both on commission and out of inspiration.
