Painter graduated from the National School of Fine Arts of Peru, distinguished with the first honorable mention in painting. His main artistic influences are David Herskovitz, Willem de Cunning and the CoBrA artistic movement founded in Paris in 1948. He has participated in collective exhibitions in Peru and abroad: Spain, England, Germany. His work is part of Luciano Benetton's collection of modern art.
