This painting is part of my wind painting series: "What is the color of the wind? " All paintings are abstract but inspired with nature and movement of the wind. This painting is inspired by my favorite flower chicory. Title is word play, as concept is that wind brings plenty of unusual thing as seeds, sand, flowers, words and by making it all part of painting wind is captured in the moment. One part of newspaper is captured on this painting and it has text in Serbian that can be translated as heroes. My style could be explained as poesy, I say much but I don’t say everything. Less is more if you can make the right balance and it will inspire art consumer to explore and imagine the rest.

I am an abstract artist inspired by the beauty of the nature. I can sense freedom and express feelings and invisible things through abstract painting. My oil paintings are in the minimalistic abstract style, with rough, earthy textures and fragments of reality in an impressionistic dreamy style. Nature, wind, and sea inspire me. My paintings are fluid, in movement, and atmospheric. I capture invisible things such as air, wind, motion, and sounds. All my paintings are made with oil colors, as this slow-drying technique allows me to paint as an impressionist by mixing colors directly on the canvas. Oil colors combine pigments and oils, allowing light to go through all the layers, creating a divine experience for the viewer. I am working on paintings in different formats, but I prefer large formats. They allow me to go bold, be more detailed, and experiment more with texture and big brush strokes. I like the luxury feel they bring to any interior and upscale the atmosphere in the space. The texture is an essential part of my art. I like a texture that is earthy, raw, and gentle at the same time. Painted surfaces give a tactile dimension to my paintings, making you want to touch them. You can find many things as part of my paintings, fragments of old newspapers, crosswords, shells... Colors and composition are essential parts of my paintings. I love to use interesting and unexpected compositions that add movement to the painted surfaces. I choose a combination of colors that will express the feelings and atmosphere of the painting. Every painting is a product of thinking before actually starting to paint. Sometimes I can see the painting in my mind or just some fragment for a good start. When I feel that nothing can be added or removed, the painting is finished. Nature has always been my inspiration. I like to bring joy, harmony, and positive feelings with my paintings. Sometimes, people are occupied with other things and don't have time to see the beauty around them. I love to bring beauty to the world and to remind us how nature is divine.
