About The Artwork
Part of my art, film and food project The Art and Politics of Eating http://theartandpoliticsofeating.com/ that looks at the relationship between the three forms, how they inform and inspire each other. I’ve started a new documentary on chocolate that gave me the idea of having that as subject matter for a series of works, looking at how many possibilities there were in using ice cream, cake and cookies.
