Art Description

Painting: Oil on Canvas.

Living so close to some of the most beautiful beaches, and tropical hinterland in Australia, this provides a constant sources of inspiration. This work explores the relationship between the elements in this beautiful environment, the landscape around the Currumbin Rock Pools, the way that sunlight plays with the water reflecting in a fleeting second a flash of color, picking up the deep hues. Creating an illusion that once captured on canvas can be interpreted in many ways, an ocean in full bloom, or a rock pool. The artists technique results in a textured work, full of light and movement.

This work is a mid sized piece, it offers a big enough impact as would a larger work due to the contrasting palette used the brush strokes and composition.

The artist specialises in oil on canvas, and this work is a result of many layers, color on color and textured brush strokes.

The edges are painted white, and the work is ready to hang or can be framed as the collector chooses.
The cost includes all custom packaging costs, this will be boxed.

The styling images are not 100% to scale.
