Done in oil on canvass board a scene of the majestic Oryx that roams the drier regions of South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana. These animals are known for their resilience, stamina and majestic wanderers of arid dessert landscape. They often travel in herds and is one of me favorite animals to paint. The sky was done in pallet knife and gives a slightly different feel to the overall depth of the painting.
