I have always had a fondness for vintage posters of ladies having a drink. When one of my best friends had her 40th I wanted to capture the vibe. The painting is a very happy moment in time. In order to capture pop having red and green next to each other I used layers of oil paint. The painting will ship on its stretcher frame. it can be hung straight away or an outer frame can also be added.
