My painting emerges from a constant dialogue between intuition and matter, where the creative act becomes a spontaneous and unplanned exploration. I identify it as a postcognitive neo-expressionism, an approach that rejects the idea of total control over the artwork, allowing gesture and material to guide me toward a meaning that only reveals itself at the end of the creative process. Each work is unexplored territory, a space where marks, colors, and textures intertwine in a precarious yet organic balance. They are never fully "intentional"arising from the fusion of inner impulses and immediate reactions to the surface, almost as if they were autonomous entities finding their voice through my intervention. I do not fully understand the work until it is completed. It is in that moment that everything makes sense: the initial chaos, the impulsive gestures, the corrections, the layers. The artwork becomes a mirror, reflecting not only the emotions and thoughts of the moment but also something more universal, something that belongs both to me and to the observer. Painting is an act of discovery, a window into the unknown that reveals fragments of truth impossible to capture through rationality. Through this spontaneity, I seek to connect with the very essence of human expression, creating artworks that invite the viewer to embark on their own interpretative journey.
