Getting asked for explanations. Sometimes, people don't want what they ask for, Sometimes, no amount of explanation will produce an an understanding. Sometimes, there is no argument you can give that will be heard. Some kinds of ridiculousness can not be argued with. Some kinds of nonunderstandings are just gonna stay like that. Roughly made in watercolour pencil on pink watercolour painted Arches cotton rag, made this little watercolour after coming to the realization that -sometimes-silence is the better answer.

Looking at the waterfall up the road, manmade and covered by a sky that never can decide if it wants to rain. The waterfall makes up for it. Or the men who built it.
