The artwork, although it borrows the famous title of Alfred Hitchcock's film, does not of course claim to represent such a masterpiece of cinema. It is simply a support in thinking about segregation, or rather a way to break it. Our modern society, which claims to be at the cutting edge of communication, in an era of new technologies to connect peoples nevertheless leaves some persons too often "on the sidelines". Whether through lack of will, ignorance, or even oblivion, today individuals are, like the hero of the film, reduced to having a theatre of outsourcing, only the perimeter of their "survival" territory. The artist thus wants to challenge the spectator to make him aware of this invisible, hidden evil, too often passed over in silence, he wants to make him react, by going to meet the other.
