The food tin is filled with freshly picked colourful field flowers.The purple Clovers, Tansy, combined with Vetches make a colourful and bold flower bouquet. This is how our table looked like when we came back from camping with our kids last year! We had so much fun when we caught frogs in the little pond next to our tent, and we were amazed at the Peacock butterfly wings we found on a walk. A lot of it we took home. Except the frogs of course! Haha! This incredible change gave me a huge boost in my creative live and I thats why I started my adventure as freelance artist-illustrator. I realize more and more that creating with my hands keeps me happy and sane. It helps me focusing on beauty in my life, and beauty comforts! I never grow tired to paint bold wild flowers and funky garden flowers, accompanied by insects and butterflies. And last but not least, I love to add vintage thriftstore treasures to my paintings!
