ABOUT THE ARTWORK
We have a favorite neighborhood hang-out that is right on the waterfront. Boats come up and get food and drinks. At this particular place they have a toy boat ride - one of those motorized stationery boats that you put in a coin and it shakes the kids around for fun. The ride has been broken for years, but the kids cannot resist the urge to play and frolic in it as if it's their own boat. We have so much fun just watching their imaginations take flight and this painting is reminiscent a day at Fish Tales.
