A ancient, magnificent flower is frozen in time beneath layers of dirt and ash. Minerals and stone slowly replace the organic tissue to allow modern man a glimpse into Earth’s history from millions of years ago.

This painting is not framed but the sides of the canvas are painted so a frame is not required. It can simply be hung on the wall as is with a small trim nail. It is coated with a gloss finish varnish.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Time:

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

You know those little sketches that people create mindlessly during boring meetings? I paint those. Just like you see kittens in clouds or Elvis in a potato chip, I see images in my doodles. It's called pareidolia (that's your word of the day). I find it quite interesting how a random collection of lines can turn into a petrified cowboy, ie. Eternal Sunset. So I tend to work on the abstract and surreal spectrum of painting since doodles are rarely realistic. Like pretty much every artist ever, I've had a passion for art ever since I can remember. But rather than go to art school I became a mechanical engineer since it promised a much more stable economic future. And it did just that while at the same time allowing me to pursue painting. In between paintings I spend my time reading art books and blogs, watching Youtube videos, and watching reruns of Bob Ross to grow my artistic talents.
