The painting depicts four women in saris of different colors, in the shade of a banana grove after a puja. The work reflects several meanings at once - initially when I saw them near the Indian temple, I photographed them and decided that I would draw these women in the form of four elements - water, fire, earth, and air. The color of the clothes and the facial expressions of the women reflect the elements of nature that each of them symbolizes. And the fifth element is ether, which is symbolized by the female deity. Both the ether and the deity are some principles that we do not see, but which play a unifying role. But at the same time, these are completely ordinary Indian women who just left the temple and sat down to rest in the shade. What is the point of seeing - you choose! But I can say that this picture is one of my favorites and inspires me a lot! This painting is coated with acrylic styrene art varnish, fade-resistant, and easy to care for. I will send it carefully packed in a box with all the required documents attached.
