I work with portraiture as an act of transformation. Faces — known or anonymous — are fractured and rebuilt through color and instinct, until they hold more presence than likeness. Alongside the human figure, spiritual imagery enters my work not as iconography, but as lived tension, moving between Byzantine memory and contemporary expression. Creation is a necessity. I push each work to its limit until intensity dissolves into stillness. A work never ends — it reaches the moment where it allows me to stop. I am not interested in labels or movements.
