Original, one of a kind, hand painted oil painting portrait of Frida Kahlo. Frida represents perseverance and as a tribute to that quality, I felt compelled to capture her iconic gaze with a pop art twist. Original painting is on a birch wood panel. Sides are painted the same color as the background. Painting is finished with a gloss varnish (projects against UV rays and environmental toxins that can cause discoloration).
