Gifts of the Sun Painting

I used warm shades of yellow, the paints are transparent, which creates the effect of airiness and weightlessness. Yellow combined with black is a great contrast. With this combination, I wanted to convey the glow effect. I got a graphic, laconic and bright flower. Drawn on archival quality watercolor cotton paper. The drawing is made with watercolors using the ala prima technique. The paint is applied in one step on damp paper. When working with watercolors, where necessary, I control the paint, somewhere on the contrary, I let the watercolors spread over the wet sheet. This technique gives the picture freshness and lightness. On the front side of the picture there is an image and a signature, on the back side of the picture: the name of the author, the title of the picture and the date of creation.
