Seven years ago, I embarked on an incredible artistic journey that began with the simple desire to decorate my new apartment. Little did I know that this humble aspiration would ignite a passion for painting that continues to burn brightly within me. It all started with a serendipitous encounter—an accidental visit to an art supply store. Intrigued by the vibrant array of colors and materials, I found myself attending a master class with a talented artist. It was in that moment of creative exploration that I felt an undeniable connection to the world of art. The urge to experiment and express myself through painting became my driving force. As I delved deeper into the world of art, I discovered the immense inspiration that lies within art museums and galleries. The beauty and colors exhibited in these spaces fueled my artistic spirit and expanded my creative horizons. Each visit became a wellspring of ideas and a source of motivation to further develop my skills. My preferred medium is oil paint on canvas, as it allows me to capture the depth, richness, and texture of my subjects. I take great pride in not only creating the artwork itself, but also crafting the stretchers and stretching the canvases. This hands-on approach ensures that every aspect of the artwork is a true reflection of my artistic vision. Interestingly, my journey as an artist started without any formal training in drawing during my childhood. However, this lack of formal instruction has only fueled my determination to learn and grow as a self-taught artist. I embrace the challenges and joys of the artistic process, constantly seeking to improve my skills and explore new techniques. Today, as I look back on my artistic evolution, I am grateful for the opportunities that painting has brought into my life.
