Farzaneh Maddahi believes in the transformative power of art to connect people through emotions and colors. Her artistic journey has taken her from the bustling streets of Tehran to the serene landscapes of the Netherlands. Farzaneh began her artistic endeavors in Iran, learning from remarkable artists who ignited her passion for art. Over time, she absorbed various techniques and ideas from Iranian masters. Initially, she expressed herself through colored pencils and oil paints. Despite studying biology at university, her dedication to art never wavered. After graduating, she realized her true passion lay in art, leading her to explore different styles and techniques in landscape and portrait painting. In Tehran, Farzaneh exhibited her work alongside her teachers and students in various art galleries. She also achieved a significant milestone by teaching art at an academy in Tehran. Seeking new inspiration, Farzaneh moved to Europe, with the Netherlands as her dream destination due to its rich art history, masters, and museums. In the Netherlands, she found fresh inspiration in the picturesque landscapes. In recent years, Farzaneh has experimented with various techniques and styles but remains drawn to classic and realistic styles. Her work in the Netherlands has included diverse subjects, from nature to winter scenes, always chosen with care and a desire to embrace new challenges. This approach ensures that her works possess unique essences and themes, varying in size and emotion. Farzaneh avoids repetition in her art, aiming to evoke unique feelings and colors in each piece. She uses sharp and vivid colors with lively tones to convey deep emotions. For example, her winter artworks use blue and purple hues to evoke feelings of happiness and peace.
