Goldilocks and the Great Gray Wolf Painting

Nature and canines have always inspired my work. Wolves became a passion when I visited a sanctuary and became more educated about the fragility of their existence. Spending time with a few rescued wolves opened my heart to their plight. So close to our domestic dogs, It is hard to imagine hunting them. My style is influenced by my chosen medium. Painting alla prima in thick oil with a palette knife influences the image. This expressionistic and impressionistic style defines my paintings. My new body of work is growing quickly and I look forward to future events.
